Private sector lender YES Bank has inducted two more directors -- Saurabh Srivastava and Vasant Gujarathi -- into its board, taking its overall strength to ten members.
Both Srivastava and Gujarathi have been inducted as independent directors. The 10-member board now has seven independent directors.
Srivastava, who has a Masters from Harvard University and B Tech from IIT Kanpur, will Chair the newly constituted IT Strategy committee of the bank.
Vasant Gujarathi, who has been a chartered accountant since 1975, will be a key member of YES Bank's Audit Committee.
YES Bank Board has also constituted two new committees --CSR Committee and IT Strategy Committee.
