Spot rubber closed unchanged on Wednesday. RSS 4 was steady at ₹91 a kg, according to traders. The grade improved to ₹91.50 (₹91) and ₹88.50 (₹88) respectively, according to the Rubber Board and the dealers.
RSS 3 (spot) firmed up marginally to ₹84.20 (₹84.06) at Bangkok. February futures closed at ¥ 142.6 (₹84.15) on the Tokyo Commodity Exchange. Spot rubber rates (₹/kg): RSS-4: 91(91); RSS-5: 87 (87); Ungraded: 81 (81); ISNR 20: 83.50 (83.50) and Latex (60% drc): 79 (79).
