Ed Royce, Chairman of the US House Committee on Foreign Affairs, has said that the Union Budget is a step in the right direction.
Speaking in Delhi, he said the step to spend more infrastructure and cutting down tax to 25 per cent from 30 per cent are steps in the right direction.
