Nearly ninety per cent of the automated teller machines (ATMs) in the country have been recalibrated to dispense new Rs 2,000 and Rs 500 notes, a top ATM maker has said.
"As many as 1,80,000 ATMs have been recalibrated. In the next two to three days, the entire ATM universe should get covered," Navroze Dastur, Managing Director, NCR India, told BusinessLine .
