Computerised EPABX

I run a hotel and am planning to restructure the existing administration system. I would like to know if it is possible to use a PC as EPABX, using any software. If yes, could you please give me the complete details? -- A. Shivakumar

A PC alone cannot serve as an EPABX, as it requires special equipments and circuitry to do the job. However, the PC can be integrated with the EPABX to have advanced features and facilities such as call recording, voice recording, call answering, forwarding and features like that. Your EPABX provider would have such software at hand, which you can make use of to integrate the PC with your EPABX.
