Errors in copying a CD

I have Windows 98 with Roxio CD Creator installed. After opening the Roxio CD Creator or sometimes even before opening it, if I insert a blank CD to copy some songs stored in the system, I get this message: "A fatal exception OE has occurred at 0028:00000009. The current application will be terminated. Press any key to terminate the current application. Press CTRL+ALT+DEL again to restart your computer. You will lose unsaved information in all applications. Press any key to continue." I get the same message even if I insert a copied CD to transfer some songs from that to the system. Please suggest a solution.

When running Easy CD Creator after an upgrade for Windows 95 to Windows 98, please check the following Roxio Web site: http://www.roxio.com/en/support/software_updates.jhtml. You will need to download and install the update given there.
