Computer Usage Columns - Tip Off Problems with Internet Explorer
I use Internet Explorer version 6.00 with Windows 98 as my OS. My problem is that I am unable to get graphs and browse through some Web sites, which I can otherwise do on another system with the same configuration (the same version of IE). I've tried reinstalling IE but the problem persists. Please suggest a solution. Madhusudhan There could be some security settings or customisations that might prevent the loading or execution of the components required for displaying some page elements or sites. Please check your security settings and try restoring your browser to its default settings. Here is how you do it: Please open IE in the menu select tools -{gt} Internet Options -{gt} advanced -{gt} and click on "Restore Defaults" button. Next, in the security tab, select each Zone, one by one, and click on the "Default Level" button. Next, click on Privacy tab and click on "Default" button. Click `ok' till all the dialog boxes are closed, close the browser, restart the system and check it out. Also apply service Pack 1 (SP1) for the IE 6.0 version, which is available at http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/search.aspx?displaylang=en&categoryid=6 under the head "Internet Explorer 6 Service Pack 1" Solution by G.
