That extra dimension

Sir,

The article, This scene's full of life by M. Ramesh (in eWorld dated July 19, 2004) made interesting reading. India is increasingly an attractive destination for outsourced animation content, especially 3D animation. My company focuses on high-end 3D animation and several US studios have shown interest in outsourcing production work to India. As the article mentions, we are seeing a rise in demand for pre-visualisation work, which allows filmmakers to plan a scene using computerised 3D storyboards, and low-resolution animations.

Interesting

I liked the article, This scene's full of life. I did not realise that technology could bring to reel life the late actor Sivaji Ganesan, - easily one of the most gifted stars worldwide.
