Disabling AutoComplete

I visited Google and searched for links to a particular topic. But even after I cleared the history and the `Temporary Internet files' folder, I get the word when I type its first letter in the search tab. I use a common system. Please tell me how I can prevent the system from displaying the word when I type the first letter of the word.

Microsoft's Internet Explorer has the option (AutoComplete) of saving the data you enter into forms such as user names, passwords, Web addresses, and other data form fields.

While this may seem useful at times, in other instances this automatic completion can be annoying.

You can clear or disable this AutoComplete option. To clear the history of AutoComplete, please follow these steps: Open Internet Explorer - Click Tools - Internet Options - Content tab - AutoComplete button. Here you need to click the Clear Forms and Clear Passwords buttons.

If you do not want to save this data in future, you may uncheck (disable) any or all of the available boxes in this window such as Web addresses, Forms, User names and passwords on forms.

if you have queries on computer usage or if you find an interesting way of using a computer.
