My system configuration is P4, 256 MB RAM, Windows 2000 and Internet Explorer 5.5. I'm unable to save pictures from a Web page in jpg format as I'm given only the bmp option. Are my Internet Explorer files corrupted and, if so, how do I set it right?

This problem may occur if your Temporary Internet pages cache is full or if you have enabled "Do not save encrypted pages to disk" option in Internet Explorer. To remove this problem, please do the following. Delete the temporary Internet files. To do so, open Internet Explorer, click Tools - Internet Options - General tab, and click the "Delete Files" button. Enable (tick) the checkbox for "Delete all offline content" and click ok. Next select the Advanced tab. Under Security, click to clear (disable) the checkbox for "Do not save encrypted pages to disk".
