Capture life

The Microsoft Entertainment & Devices Division has announced the India launch of Microsoft's LifeCams.

The new range includes LifeCam VX-6000 and LifeCam VX-3000. Priced at Rs 5,631 and Rs 2,764 respectively, the webcams are optimised for use with Windows Live Messenger.

The LifeCam VX-6000 provides the highest quality still photography in the market, says Microsoft.

A 71-degree wide-angle lens allows enough room for up to three people to join in the conversation.

The Microsoft LifeCam VX-3000 offers high definition still photography (1.3 megapixels interpolated) and brilliant video (640x480 pixels), it says. Both feature a built-in acoustic noise-cancelling microphone to ensure crystal-clear audio performance, according to the company.
