Combining MPEG files

I have Windows 98 installed on my computer and Windows Media Player version 9. I have three MPEG files in my system of a Hindi movie. All the files are in a sequence. How can I make one MPEG file of all the MPEG files so that the whole movie can be run just on a double click? Please suggest a solution.

You can use some third-party freeware utilities to join multiple MPEG files into a single MPEG

file. Some of the freeware utilities available are specified below.

1) MediaJoin enables you to easily join (combine) multiple audio or video files. Unlike most

other file mergers, this program does not use a simple copy merge, but actually re-encodes the

files, with options to change the output format, as well as format specific settings

(bitrate, frequency, frame rate etc.). MediaJoin supports MP3, WMA, WAV, OGG, AVI, MPEG-1,

MPEG-2, and WMV, and it can optionally include audio tag information for combined output audio files. Mediajoin may be downloaded from this URL:

2) CombiMovie is a small and simple program that can combine two or more mpg/mpeg files into a

single continuous mpg movie. It uses the copy method and therefore works very fast, almost as

fast as copying the files itself. CombiMovie is easy to use. Just select the files to be joined and start the joining process. It offers a built-in preview window that allows you to preview the parts before joining (or after). This may be downloaded from
