Marking time

Let's say you have just landed in a city for a conference and have been pretty busy: running around between venues and offices and lunch and maybe a mall during the afternoon break.

At the end of the day, you are too tired and everything that happened outside of work is probably just a blur. (We hope not everything is a blur, though!)

Now, when you get back to town, the first thing that your loved one asks you about is certainly not about your conference, but about a beautiful promenade or a beach or a drive, and what do you have to say about it? Nothing, right?

Well, you could try the waymarkr service (http://waymarkr.com) and see if you can at least try and recall what you saw (or what you missed seeing).

All you have to do is download a small program from the waymarkr Web site for your phone (currently available only for the Series 60 phones).

Then, all you have to do is to start the program and wear your camera-phone in such a way that the camera has a clear view.

The program will then take a series of photos and send it to the Web site for storing. You can login later at the Web site and check out what you missed!

The catch? You are going to get a huge data transfer bill, and you better be wary of flirting in your office!
