Laptop battery charge

Is there any way to check whether my laptop has been fully charged?

Phuc

Nowadays almost all laptops come bundled with system management application CDs, which include battery charge indicator also. If you have missed this CD, you can download it from the laptop manufacture's site or use some third-party applications. Notebook Batteryinfo is a freeware application (Size 516 KB) for windows 2000/XP that you can download from

http://www.snapfiles.com/get/

Notebook-BatteryInfo.html

This adds a battery indicator in the taskbar of your laptop that displays the current battery capacity,

remaining time and power consumption details. You can customise the colour of the battery display and choose whether to display additional information in the taskbar display or an Infotext window, or both. Notebook BatteryInfo also gathers all available information for the installed battery, including manufacturer, device ID, wear level, capacity and more.

If you face a problem of battery power drain more quickly than you expect on a Windows XP SP2-based portable computer, you may need to apply for an update. For more information, please refer http://support.microsoft.com/kb/918005.
