Logitech has unveiled QuickCam Pro 9000 and QuickCam Pro for notebooks, featuring lenses designed in an exclusive collaboration with Carl Zeiss, among the world’s leading optics companies.

These webcams make “video calls of image-perfect detail and clarity” a reality, says the company. Both webcams are priced at Rs 6,495.

Featured here is the Pro 9000.

On a firm footing

Logitech has expanded its line of Alto notebook stands, announcing the launch of a new range that includes Logitech Alto Cordless, Logitech Alto Connect and Logitech Alto Express.

When placed on a table or desk, these stands improve “comfort by raising the display to the optimal viewing height and distance, and by creating space for a comfortable, full-size keyboard and mouse,” says the company.

The elevation also minimises contact with the heat generated by a notebook PC.
