APC by Schneider Electric has announced the launch of BR500CI-IN, its new 500VA UPS, for the Indian market. Providing affordable battery backup for home and office computers, it offers protection for data from voltage fluctuations, surges, and power cuts, says the company. The UPS is priced at Rs 2,300.
