Solar recharge


Sanyo Energy Corporation, a subsidiary of Sanyo Electric Co Ltd, has announced the extension of the company’s eneloop series to include AA-, AAA-, C- and D-sized batteries and accompanying Universal Charger, as well as the ‘eneloop solar light’. The eneloop series of products is based on the concept of a lifestyle that values reusing and recycling, says the company. Featured here is ‘eneloop solar light’ through which Sanyo aims to maximise the usability, portability and longevity of solar energy, made possible by built-in rechargeable battery. The ‘Eneloop’ Solar Light is priced Rs 13,500 and available with JSK Marketing Pvt Ltd.
