Hyderabad, Dec. 17:
Novo Nordisk Education Foundation and the Government of Andhra Pradesh have launched a State-wide changing diabetes barometer programme here today. It is part of a global initiative from the drug major to fight diabetes as well as establish measurability. This, in turn, facilitates tracking and guidance of healthcare improvements. A mobile van ‘diabetes screening on wheels’, was flagged off on the occasion. The initiative has already been launched in Bihar, Gujarat, Goa, Puducherry.
