GreenPepper Consulting India Private Ltd , a new generation HR services company based in Kochi, has launched RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) services for small and growing midsized companies.

Mr Krishna Kumar, Co-founder and CEO of GreenPepper, said RPO services are nascent in India and it has explosive potential in next 3-5 years.

RPO can provide great returns as it acts as an internal HR team of the company. It can free the HR team up to focus on strategic HR goals and can reduce hiring costs of employers, grow employment brand and talent pool, and give the flexibility to ramp up hiring quickly when needed.

GreenPepper evolved the RPO model after a year of testing it with key clients to ensure business results. It has cut cost-per-hire by an average of 48 per cent, received an average increase of 67 per cent in hiring manager satisfaction, achieved 60 per cent reduction in time-to-hire, and made a 55 per cent improvement in their new-hire retention rate.
