New Delhi, Feb. 3:
All eyes will be on the Special Judge, Mr O.P. Saini, on Saturday as he pronounces the order on Janata Party President, Dr Subramanian Swamy's plea to make the Home Minister, Mr P. Chidambaram, a co-accused in the 2G case.
Mr Saini had, on January 21, reserved his order for February 4, in the matter after hearing Dr Swamy's arguments.
The Supreme Court had, on Thursday, chosen to leave it to the Special Court to take a decision on a probe into Mr Chidambaram's alleged role in the 2G spectrum case and on making him a co-accused.
