Manipal-Ace Event Management Company will conduct ‘Mangalore Auto Expo 2012’ on November 24-25.

Addressing presspersons here on Wednesday, K. Narasimha Prabhu, Chief Executive Officer of the company, said that the auto expo aims at bringing auto manufacturers under one roof. This will help them showcase their products and offer the best deals.

Prabhu said that many major companies from automobile sector will participate in the event. Apart from automobile manufacturers, banks, auto finance companies and auto insurance providers will participate in this event, he said.

There will be around 50 stalls of various automobile manufacturers at the expo, and around 7,000-8,000 footfalls are expected for the event, Prabhu said.

He said that Manipal-Ace had got good response to its previous events such as Mangalore Auto Expo 2011 and the one conducted in February this year.

J. Krishna Palemar, MLA (Mangalore north), will inaugurate the expo at Karavali Ground in Mangalore on November 23 at 5 pm. K. Lakahminarayan, Group General Manager (HR), Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Ltd, will be the chief guest on the occasion. K. Anil, Senior Regional Manager of Indian Overseas Bank, and Raghuram Shetty, Regional Manager of State Bank of India, will be present on the occasion, he said.
