CA Technologies, a US-based tech firm with huge interests in India, is going to acquire BlazeMeter.
The company has signed an agreement to buy the firm that is into open source-based continuous application performance testing.
Terms of the agreement were not disclosed. The transaction is expected to close by year-end.
The acquisition of privately-held BlazeMeter will enable CA Technologies to extend its offerings, Ayman Sayed, president and chief product officer, CA Technologies, said here on Wednesday.
