IIIT-Hyderabad and Honeywell Technology Solutions Lab will collaborate in the areas of advanced technology develop ment. A memorandum of understanding has been signed by the both entities, according to a release issued here.
This is part of IIIT-H’s initiative to productise research which is relevant and useful to society at large. The joint projects will be in the field of computer vision, image processing and analytics helping industrial customers drive higher productivity. It involves technology and manpower commitment by Honeywell Technology Solutions.

IIIT-Hyderabad believes strongly in applied research and this is a great opportunity for us to take our research from lab to land,’’ PJ Narayanan, Director, IIIT-Hyderabad, said.
