Pairee Infotech has acquired the training business of Mindspeed India, a soft skills focussed training firm for an undisclosed amount.
Mindspeed India is a specialist in the behavioural, communication and leadership area and has been training ITeS workforce since 2002.
Chandrakanth B N, Founder and CEO, Pairee Infotech, said: “Virtual training is gaining importance when it comes to technologies like IoT. Mindspeed which has proven expertise in providing behavioural, leadership and other workplace communication skill training hence becomes a strategic fit for us.”
This marks our entry into the training sector, he added.
Mindspeed has trained more than 1.7 lakh professionals, according to company executives.
