Premium shopping site Rock N Shop has raised Rs 1 crore from HNI investors.
The funding came with the support of Enablers (enablersinvestment.com), a web-based platform connecting and facilitating fundraising transactions between startups and investors.
The company will be allocating the raised capital towards enhancing its technology infrastructure, hiring talent and increasing the number of luxury labels on its platform.
Currently, Rock N Shop offers a curation of 62 iconic brands including names such as Victoria Beckham, Céline & Oscar de la Renta. With this round of funding, it targets taking this number to 200 over the next 12 months, the company said in a release.
The company will be looking to raise more capital in this financial year to fuel further growth and ramp up operations. Its primary target market comprises luxury connoisseurs in the age bracket of 25 to 50, residing in tier 1 and 2 cities of the country.
Priya Sachdev, CEO, Rock N Shop, said, “With the fresh capital, our endeavor is to firmly cement our reputation as the leading player in this space and offer our patrons the most exquisite online shopping experience in India.”
