Saksoft will increase stake in its subsidiary Threesixty Logica Testing Services to 76 per cent from present 51 per cent.
The company’s board has authorised Aditya Krishna, Chairman and Managing Director, Saksoft, and Nirajkumar Ganeriwala, Chief financial officer, Saksoft, to further acquire 25 per cent stake, said a company release to the BSE.
In January 2015, Saksoft acquired a 51 per cent stake in ThreeSixty Logica, a privately-held independent software testing service company, for an undisclosed sum to strengthen testing and quality assurance service offerings.
Saksoft’s share price on the BSE closed at ₹204.85, up by ₹4.85 over previous day’s closing price.
