Samsung India has launched two new additions to its Galaxy J series of smartphones called, the Galaxy J2 2016,and Galaxy J Max.
The J2 it comes with two new innovations – turbo speed technology and smart glow. Th J Max comes with a 7-inch WXGA display. Both of these are 4G phones, company executives said.
Turbo Speed Technology (TST), is a feature that helps in better device performance, and Smart Glow, a next-gen colour LED notification system for the convenience of the user. TST helps in native apps loading up to 40 per cent faster than devices with double the RAM, said Manu Sharma, Vice President, Mobile Business, Samsung India.
The Galaxy J Max comes with a 7" WXGA display for enhanced viewing experience, along with 4G VoLTE connectivity for fast downloads and streaming. It has a 4,000 mAh battery, up to 200GB expandable memory, and Samsung’s proprietary Ultra Data Saving (UDS) mode will also enable consumers to save up to 50 per cent mobile data, Sharma added.
Samsung Galaxy J2 2016 and Galaxy J Max are powered by 1.5 GHz Quad Core processor. Both the devices have 1.5 GB RAM.
