Tata Docomo Business Services has upgraded and expanded its product portfolio for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the Kerala market.
Joyjeet Bose, Vice-President, SME Operation, South, Tata Docomo Business Services, said that Kerala has a large base of SMEs growing at six to seven per cent every year.
INCUBATION, STARTUPS
The state is also actively promoting he incubation and startup ecosystem very successfully, he observed.
Enterprise services such as collaboration (video/audio conferencing), connectivity (voice and data), and mobility solutions have found acceptability here.
New age digital technologies such as Internet-of-Things and machine-to-machine learning too have found a steady uptake.
Tata Docomo Business Services will promote in the state products such as MPLS, XVPN, SIP trunk, TollFree Service, call register service, hosted interactive voice response and tracking solutions.
FOCUS AREAS
IT-as-a-service-resource (ItaaS) products such as Digital Survey, Live Chat, and Document Management also are being introduced.
The company will focus on segments ranging from IT, banking & finance, textiles, gems & jewellery, startups, tourism and transportation to healthcare.
Digital is making a rapid stride and is propelling SMEs to adopt technology to stay ahead of the business curve, Bose observed.
SMEs in Kerala are progressively adopting ICT solutions for business expansion, optimising operational efficiencies, delivering quality services and better return on investments.
They outsource their ICT requirements while concentrating on their core business thereby increasing their growth potential.
