Techwave Consulting Inc, a US-based IT consulting firm with a global delivery centre in Hyderabad, has acquired iMicron, a cloud marketplace platform.
“iMicron Cloud Marketplace is an ecosystem of buyers, sellers and solutions that enables organisations, partners to configure, provision and manage cloud technologies with ease. It removes the complexity in procurement, management and support that is too often inherent in cloud technologies,” a Techwave Consulting press release has said.
“Techwave’s acquisition of iMicron would provide extended services for our clients,” Damodar Rao Gummadapu, Chief Executive Officer of Techwave, said here on Thursday.
“With cloud services broker enablement solutions, we are planning to target a market share of $100 million by mid of 2018. We are also planning to extend a business-to-consumer interface to integrate and promote packaged solutions and services,” he said.
