IA's `Pay Smart' scheme

Indian Airlines, in association with ICICI Bank, has launched `Pay Smart', a scheme through which a passenger can travel now and pay later.

Under the scheme, a passenger can purchase Indian Airlines tickets on rupee tariff for an international or domestic sector flight and make the payment in 10 interest-free equated monthly instalments.

The scheme can be taken for all discounted fares, special fares, and current promotional fares. However, it will not be available for APEX fares, bid-and-fly and online bookings. The scheme is effective till March 2005.
