`Easy Fixed Plus' from BHW Birla

BHW Birla Home Finance has launched `Easy Fixed Plus', a housing loan at an interest rate (fixed) of 7 per cent. The loan is available for periods between seven and 15 years. A processing charge of 1 per cent is leviable on the loan.
