Dividend spree

  • HSBC Mutual Fund has declared dividend under its HSBC Equity Fund. The record date for the dividend payout is October 15.

  • Reliance Mutual Fund has declared a dividend of 30 per cent or Rs 3 per unit on Reliance Growth fund. It has also declared a dividend of Rs 0.0233 per unit under its Reliance Floating Rate Fund. The record date for dividend payout is October 19.

  • Canbank Mutual Fund has declared a dividend of 7.50 per cent on the face value of Rs 10 on its Canpremium Mutual Fund. The record date for the purpose of dividend payout is October 21.

  • UTI Mutual Fund has declared a dividend of 2.50 per cent on a face value of Rs 100 on its Exchange Traded Fund, SUNDER. It has also declared a dividend of 10 per cent or Rs 1 per unit under UTI Mid-Cap fund. The record date for dividend payout is October 21 and October 25 respectively.

  • Birla Mutual Fund has declared dividend under Birla India Opportunities Fund. The record dates for the dividend payout would be October 26.

  • Tata Mutual Fund has launched Tata Dividend Yield Fund. The fund intends to invest at least 70 per cent of its assets in shares with dividend yields that are higher than the Sensex. It may also invest in debt and money market instruments to the extent of 30 per cent of its net assets. The minimum application amount is Rs 5,000. There are dividend and growth options. The offer closes on October 27.

  • The asset base of Franklin India Bluechip has crossed Rs 2,000 crore. The fund's assets grew by more than 80 per cent over the past year.

  • Canbank Mutual has mopped up more than Rs 50 crore from the IPO of its Nifty-based Canindex fund.

  • Principal PNB Mutual Fund has collected Rs.350 crore through the initial public offering of Principal Dividend Yield Plan.
