KINETIC Motor recently launched a new scooterette model in Ahmedabad. Christened Kine, it is targeted at the student community. Kine is powered by a 72cc engine, which generates a low 4.2 bhp and is said to give a mileage of 55-60 kmpl. A standard gearless transmission scooterette, Kine also incorporates an electric start.

It comes in three-tone colours, which is said to be a first for two-wheelers in India. Kine brings the `charge your mobile while you drive' feature to two-wheelers,with a mobile charge point. It also sports a can holder. With a price tag of Rs 26,650, the Kine comes with puncture-resistant tyres. . The Kinetic is also offering an exchange discount of Rs 3,000 on all of its two-wheelers.
