In a study by J. D.Power Asia Pacific, `India Original Tire Customer Satisfaction Index Study', MRF has been awarded the highest ranking for the fourth time in six years. The study states that MRF enjoys the highest customer loyalty with 60 per cent of its customers indicating that they would go back to purchase MRF tyres.

Buoyed by the performance of MRF and JK Tyre, the industry as a whole improved by 18 points to 789 points on a scale of 1000. The study also indicated that MRF and JK Tyre had increased their market share by eight per cent compared to that in 2005.
