Tata Steel

Tata Steel weakened last week to fall to a low of Rs 492.8 on Friday. The price is still in the range that we mentioned last week, between Rs 500 and Rs 540. So the outlook remains neutral. The important resistance level next week will continue to be Rs 540. This level needs to be overcome for the price to head towards Rs 566. A fall below Rs 490 will usher in a fresh bout of selling. The price will then take support at Rs 475 and then Rs 455. A bounce from Rs 470 levels will be a good place to go long for position trading purpose.
