Franklin Templeton Investments has declared a dividend of 80 per cent under Franklin India Taxshield Fund. The record date for the same is January 10.

HDFC Mutual has declared a dividend under HDFC Core and Satellite and HDFC Long Term Advantage Fund. The dividend would be 30 per cent (Rs 3 per unit) and 60 per cent (Rs 6 per unit) respectively. The record date for both the schemes is January 11.

JM Financial Mutual fund has launched the JM Equity Tax Saver Fund Series- 1 a close- ended Equity Linked Saving Scheme. The new fund offer (NFO) opened for subscription on December 28 and the issue closes on March 29.

The asset allocation pattern of the scheme under normal circumstances would be 80-100 per cent in equity and equity related securities and between 0-20 per cent would be in money market instruments and debt. During the NFO the fund will not charge entry or exit load. The minimum subscription amount is Rs 500 and multiples of Rs 500.The fund offers Growth and Dividend Plans.

Sundaram BNP Paribas will launch Sundaram BNP Paribas Select Small Cap on January 10. The fund is a five-year close-ended equity scheme. The NFO will close on January 24 or when the scheme mobilises the maximum target of Rs 330 crore, whichever is earlier. The minimum subscription amount is Rs 5,000 and in multiples of Rs 500. During the NFO, the fund will not charge an entry load. However, there is an exit load if redeemed before five years — 3 per cent, 2.5 per cent, 2 per cent, 1 per cent and 0.5 per cent, from one to five years, respectively. The fund is managed by Mr Anoop Bhaskar.

Sundaram BNP Paribas will launch Sundaram BNP Paribas Equity Multiplier (3-year close ended equity scheme) on January10; the offer closes on January 31. The minimum subscription amount is Rs 5,000 and in multiples of Rs 500 thereafter.
