Long-term reversal in ACC

Lokeshwarri S. K.

The scrip continued to receive a trouncing at the bourses losing 7 per cent last week. The stock has moved below the long-term support that exists at Rs 787. The long-term bull phase that commenced in April 2003 has been fractured in this stock. The next long term support for ACC exists at Rs 660. If this support is broken, we can expect the fall to get stemmed at the May 2006 low of Rs 625.

Short-term bounces will face resistance from Rs 816 and then from Rs 868. A close above Rs 868 is required before traders can play long on this stock.
