The US subsidiary of Indian Hotels has announced the acquisition of 100 per cent stake in the San Francisco-based four-star Hotel Campton Place at $60 million (approximately Rs 250 crore).

Astro All Asia Networks of Malaysia has announced its plan to pick up a 20 per cent stake in Sun TV's DTH operator — Sun Direct TV — for Rs 747 crore.

The Hershey Company, the US-based chocolate company, has acquired 51 per cent in Godrej Beverages & Foods, valuing the Indian firm at about $60 million (approximately Rs 250 crore).
