Global calling card from Reliance

Indian travellers abroad can now make calls to India from the US, Canada, the UK, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia and 200 other countries using the new `Passport Outroamer' calling card launched by Reliance. For making a call, customers need to dial in an access number that leads to an Interactive Voice Response, which then guides the customer. Calling rates vary from Rs 5.50 to Rs 13.90 per minute. Calls from the US to India will be charged Rs 5.5 per a minute. The `Passport Advantage' calling card has been launched for travellers coming into India. Using this service, the traveller can forward his overseas calls to any designated number in India.

Airtel's `Freedom 550' Plan

Airtel has launched a new `Freedom 550' plan. It is a fixed line telephone plan along with a free broadband connection. The Internet connection is available at a speed of up to 512 kbps with a free download limit of 550 MB per month. It offers customers a free call value of Rs 550 per month, e-bills and e-payment options and online customer care.

Print and Save with WeP

The Bizberry Print and Save Service launched by WeP Peripherals offers users the facility of paying for printouts rather than investing in printers. The service is available in two forms - onsite and offsite services.
