Infosys

Infosys took a tentative step lower last week. The stock is now poised just above the lower boundary of its current trading range at Rs 1,900.

The momentum indicators in both the daily as well as the weekly chart are displaying weakness. As we keep reiterating, a strong move below Rs 1,900 can pull the stock downward to Rs 1,810 and then Rs 1,662.

However, fresh shorts should be initiated only if the stock moves firmly below Rs 1,880.

The resistances for the week are at Rs 1,960 and then Rs 2,050. Investors should consider fresh positions only if the stock closes above Rs 2,100.
