Bharti Airtel

Bharti Airtel reversed from our first target last week and has closed the week on a very negative note.

The stock has moved below the 50-day moving average as well as the intermediate term trend line. A close above Rs 864 is required to make the short-term outlook positive again.

If the stock struggles to do so, it will imply an impending fall to Rs 795 or Rs 782. Investors can hold the stock with a stop at Rs 780 and traders can watch for buying opportunity around this level. A move below Rs 782 will take the stock to the 200-day moving average positioned at Rs 750.
