Bharti Airtel

Lokeshwarri S.K.

Bharti was the star performer last week with a nine per cent gain. The stock moved past our outer target of Rs 858 to record an intra-week high of Rs 872. The next resistance band for the stock lies between Rs 880 and Rs 900. Once this band is surpassed, it can move close to its record high once more.

The 10-week ROC is reversing upward after touching the zero-line and the 14- week RSI is turning up from a reading of 50. The strength displayed by the weekly oscillators implies that a significant trough has been formed at Rs 750.

Traders can buy the stock on dips with a stop at Rs 795. Investors can buy with a deeper stop at Rs 740.
