Blackstone strikes


The promoters of Gokaldas Exports have entered into a share purchase agreement with private equity giant Blackstone to sell 50.10 per cent of their stake. Blackstone also proposes to mop up an additional 20 per cent — 6,875,200 equity shares at Rs 275 each.
