Lotus India Asset Management Company has launched an open-ended equity scheme Lotus AGILE (Alpha Generated from Industry Leaders Fund), a quant-based mutual fund scheme.

The investment objective of the scheme is to generate capital appreciation through investment in equity and equity-related instruments.

The scheme will seek to generate capital appreciation by investing in a passive portfolio of stocks selected from the industry leaders on the basis of a mathematical model.

The fund will invest 90-100 per cent in equity and equity related instruments and 10 per cent in money markets instruments.

The minimum investment is Rs 5,000 and the fund will charge an entry load of 2.25 per cent up to Rs 5 crore.

An exit load of 1 per cent will be charged if redeemed within 6 months from the date of allotment and 0.60 per cent if redeemed within one-year. The fund offers growth and dividend under dividend option payout and reinvestments are available.

The NFO closes for subscription on November 23.

Principal Mutual Fund has declared a dividend of 110 per cent (Rs 11 per unit on the face value of Rs 10) under Principal Personal Tax Saver Fund. The record date for the same has been fixed as October 30.

LIC Mutual Fund has declared dividend under LIC MF Balance Fund, LIC Growth Fund and LIC MF Tax Plan.

The dividend for the all the three schemes is 15 per cent and the record date is October 30.

ING Mutual Fund has announced a dividend of 0.6 per cent under Optimix Active debt Multi Manager FOF. Record date for the same is October 30.

LIC Mutual Fund has revised the load structure under LIC MF Index Nifty, LICMF Index Sensex and LICMF Index Sensex Advantage Plan from October 26.

The fund will charge an exit load of 0.5 per cent if the investment is redeemed within 180 days from the date of allotment.
