Satyam Computers

Satyam recorded an intra-week low of Rs 407 and moved sideways thereafter, between Rs 410 and Rs 440. The stock is positioned way below its long-term averages. The short-term outlook stays negative. Satyam is not likely to move above the resistance band between Rs 440 and Rs 445 next week. Traders can initiate short positions once the stock reverses from here. The stock can fall lower to Rs 370 in the short-term.

The long-term outlook for the stock will be threatened only if the stock moves below Rs 370. Investors can hold the stock with a stop at Rs 360.
