New Fund Offer Markets - Dividend Announcement JP Morgan Asset Management India has launched JP Morgan India Smaller Companies Fund. The objective of the fund is to generate long-term capital appreciation from a portfolio of equity and equity related securities focused on smaller companies. Generally, the investment universe will be companies constituting the bottom fourth by way of market capitalisation of stocks listed on the NSE or the BSE. Asset allocation: The fund will invest 65-100 per cent in equity and equity related securities of smaller companies (including derivatives traded on futures and options of Indian stock exchanges, not exceeding 50 per cent of the net assets) and 0-35 per cent in companies other than smaller companies. The fund can invest 0-35 percent in debt and money market instruments. The minimum investment is Rs 5,000 and multiplies of Re 1 thereafter. The fund charges an entry load of 2.25 per cent for investments less than Rs 5 crore for both the lump sum investments and as well as for SIP. There will be an exit load of 1 per cent if the redemption is made within six months from the date of allotment. A similar charge will be levied on investments through the SIP mode, if redemption is made within 24 months. Principal Mutual has revised the load structure of Principal Large Cap Fund and Principal Resurgent India Equity Fund with effect from November 16. In both the schemes, the fund will charge an entry load of 2.25 per cent for investment less than Rs 3 crore. An exit load of 1.5 per cent will be charged if redemptions are made on or before 180 days from the date of allotment. A One-percent exit load will be charged if redemption is made after 180 days but before 365 days. Escorts Mutual Fund has announced the dividend of Rs 0.035 and Rs 0.160 Under Escorts Income Plan and Escorts Opportunities Fund respectively. The Record date for the same is November 21. Reliance Mutual Fund has announced November 22 as the record date for the declaration of dividends under Reliance Fixed Tenor Fund – Plan A.
