Stock Markets Markets - Outlook Global indices are likely to dictate terms in the coming week as the Sensex will try to recover from its biggest weekly loss of 1,814 points or 9 per cent in the last 20 months. This occurred even as India Inc’s quarterly performance was inline with expectations. Companies such as ONGC, Satyam, Grasim Industries, HDFC Bank, Dr Reddy’s and BHEL will declare their numbers next. The open offer by promoter group constituents — Rahul Bajaj, Madhur Bajaj — to the shareholders of Bajaj Electricals at a price of Rs 389 per share commences from January 24 and ends on February 12. Similarly, promoter group constituents Era Housing and Hi-Point Investment are also making an open offer to shareholders of Era Constructions, at a price of Rs 615 per share.
