Bharti Airtel

Lokeshwarri S.K.

Bharti Airtel fell to our medium term target at Rs 750, just before the trading halt last Tuesday. But the stock did not stay there long due to investors rushing in to buy the stock at those levels. A three-wave move from the Rs 1,140 peak was completed in this stock last week. The next bounce can take the stock higher to Rs 927 and then Rs 980. The zone between Rs 850 and Rs 1,000 is a key resistance area for the stock. Fresh longs should be initiated only once the stock moves beyond this area.

Supports for the week ahead would be at Rs 790 and then Rs 704. Traders can buy the stock in corrections with a stop at Rs 780.
