Eagle Hunter MBM Facility Management Pvt Ltd, a joint venture between ETA Ascon Group company, MBM and Eagle Hunter Solutions, will offer comprehensive solutions for building cleaning and maintenance, according to a press release from the company.

The company plans to launch operations initially in Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore and Hyderabad and expand to other markets. It will focus on FM Service providers, realestate developers, malls and the IT segment. It hopes to put in place the infrastructure and facilities to offer the entire range of services.

MBM, launched as a division of ETE Ascon Holdings, offers cleaning, security, administrative support, pest control and waste management services. It is among the market leaders in West Asia and caters to a wide range of market segments. Eagle Hunter Solution Ltd offers security and allied services with a guarding force of over 25,000 workers across 35 branches in India and abroad.
