Franklin Templeton Investments has declared a dividend of 60 per cent under Franklin India Prima Fund. The record date is June 18.

ABN AMRO Mutual Fund has announced following changes with effect from June 16. ABN AMRO Future Leader Fund and ABN AMRO Opportunities Fund will be managed by Mr K.C. Reddy. Mr Amit Nigam and Mr R. K. Siva Kumar will manage all series of ABN AMRO Multi Managers Fund.

The fixed income portfolio of ABN AMRO Monthly Income Plan will be managed by Mr Alok Singh. ABN AMRO China India Fund will be managed by Mr Amit Nigam and Ms Sukanya Ghosh.

All of the Fund’s overseas investments will be managed by Ms Sukanya Ghosh. At present, Mr R. Sivakumar manages the overseas investments.

Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund has launched a systematic investment plan, Century SIP, an investment plan with minimum investment of Rs 1,000 per month along with an insurance cover of up to 100 times of monthly instalment and up to a maximum cover of Rs 20 lakh.

This plan comes along with free term insurance for an individual up to age of 55.The insurance cover offered to the investor grows with the tenure of the SIP.

In the first year, it will be 10 per cent of the monthly instalment and in the second year it would increase to 50 per cent.

This life insurance cover comes to the investors without any extra cost and there will be no medical tests to avail oneself of the life cover.

However, investors need to sign a declaration of good health.

DSPML Fund has announced a strategic partnership with South Indian Bank to distribute DSPML schemes through the select branches of the bank spread across the country.

Morgan Stanley has announced the appointment of Mr Anthony Heredia as Chief Executive Officer, Morgan Stanley Investment Management in India. Formerly, Mr Narayan Ramachandran was the country head.
